Return and Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, please
send an email with your name and phone number to absolutesupport@absolutelychrist.com and we will contact you regarding a resolution. We have a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we only exchange item(s) if they are defective or damaged. Products must be an even exchange. If it's Apparel, it must be unworn, unwashed, without fragrance, body odor, and deodorant marks. Please choose the shipping method that is convenient for you. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Always contact us before returning any item(s). At this time our store is only accepting even exchanges. Please be sure to order the correct size or correct products.
We ship all items 5 business days after the order is received.
Damaged Items
We are not responsible for damaged item(s) during transit. Every item that leaves our facility is fully inspected. If your order is incorrect, please contact us and we will be, sure to send you the correct item(s). If there are any issues with our items after you have received them, please contact us, since we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase(s). Please contact us first before attempting to return any and all items.
Final Sale Items
On-sale and Slightly Imperfect items are final sales and cannot be
returned or exchanged for any reason.
Pick up Location
We are pleased to offer pick up on all of our items. Our pick-up times are every Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm to 7 pm in the front of the building. Please be sure you are the customer that purchased the item and have an order number from our company along with your ID and our carrier will be happy to assist with all orders. All orders take 1-3 days to be fulfilled, there is no same-day pick-up. Our pickup location is 297 Park Street Stoughton, MA 02072
This location is also for returning all damaged items but, please be sure to contact us first to get the needed information.
